Mock & Mocha
terms & conditions
Booking & Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. Submitting a deposit confirms acceptance of all contract terms and these Terms & Conditions. Once received, the date is reserved exclusively for the client.
Deposits are non-refundable. Deposits may be transferred to another client or future event with written approval from Mock & Mocha and are subject to availability and a designated timeframe. In rare circumstances, a refund may be considered at the sole discretion of Mock & Mocha and must be confirmed in writing.
Guest Count
Clients must provide an accurate guest count at booking. Pricing is based on this number. Additional guests beyond the agreed count are subject to extra charges and may be invoiced before or at the event.
Liability & Force Majeure
Mock & Mocha is not responsible for delays or service disruptions caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to power outages, weather, venue restrictions, or emergencies.
Acknowledgment
Submitting a deposit confirms the client has read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
